Big Gap

Holy crap. How long has it been?

I have been surviving the winter. In fact I have no problem with the cold. I have tons of fur.

One thing I can report is the lack of walks and exorcise. I have not been to the cabin since last summer and thats sad. No walks on the beach.

I really miss that. So does Dano I'm sure.

Its kinda sad that I gap posts by months and still have nothing much to say.

Then again, I am a dog.

Couple a Beach Bums

DANO has been taking me to his cabin quite a bit now. I luv it over there. The beach is fun. I run right into the water now, before I was kinda afraid of the deep water but now I love swimming! And there is a never ending supply of squirrels to chase. Those things are everywhere and I want to chase every one of them. Its a good thing I cant climb trees or they would be in trouble. Starting tomorrow DANO's family is gone for a week and I get to stay with him all week long! I can't wait! We are going to goof off a ton.

Bonked

Dano took me on an epic Saturday. I had a blast on the beach and in the woods. The sun was out and it was warm. Dano took his shirt off on the beach to get some sun so that was a little embarrassing but tolerable I guess. I think he's losing weight anyway.

On the ride home I passed out. I was wasted!

Hope to get more of this. I like to visit his cabin. Lots of squirrels to chase!

I Just Asked For a Little Off The Top.....

Holy Crap! I got buzzed! All I wanted was a trim to help out with the heat in summer and look! Heck, I didn't even get a cut last summer and I was alright. So here I am. No fur. Freezing my ass off until it warms up. You can tell by the look in my face that I'm a bit upset. DANO is upset too. He keeps telling me it will grow back and I'm sure it will, and I'm sure it will help this summer. But I tell ya I fell a few notches back with the chicks here.

I guess I'll just wait it out.

This is How I Roll

Not sure why but I cant help myself. I gatta stick my head out the window as DANO rolls. He never puts the window down far enough for me. I make due.

Tuesday I get a haircut. Its about time as my fur is out of control. It sure keeps me warm in the winter but with the warm weather coming its time to clean that up a bit. Plus the chicks dig a dog with a fresh cut.

I'll get DANO to post some post haircut pics later this week.

Had a blast with him today. We ran the beach and I tried to pee on every tree I found.

Chillaxin'

Lately I've been the king of chill. Now that I'm over three years old I'm kinda preferring the slower life. I still like to go outside and chase the squirrels now and then but just not as much. I dont jump up and see who is walking in the door as much either. Just kinda thinkin' that I should just slow things down a bit. I heard that stress can affect your health in many ways. Even to the point of shorting your life. And calm down, it will warm up soon. So take it from me, just sit a spell, relax a bit, clear your thoughts and you will feel much better and will have a much better chance in reaching your happiness. I know I have. I am in the process of teaching DANO my ways of life and he is trying. He's a little stubborn but trying.

You should too.

Stuff I Put Up With

You can tell its a slow day in DANO's house when the only entertainment is putting a hat on me and taking a pic. Man, these people are such dorks.

I put up with it tho.... Its the least I can do. They take very good care of me so I never complain and just go with the flo...

However, DANO came along and rescued me here.

He's good that way and we have each others back.

Winter is hanging on and thats OK by me. If fact, it could just stay this way all the time as far as I'm concerned. Dano is getting a bit of cabin fever but he still gets out quite a bit. He took me skiing and I had a blast with that. I can still outrun him.

He's so damn slow.

Don't tell him I said that.

I Luv Winter!

Hey! Whats up?

Things have been good. We are getting quite the winter in DANOville. Lots of snow and very cold temps. But I say bring it on cuz I love winter. I love to play in the snow. I like to dig tunnels into the snowbanks. In the summer I stuggle with all this fur but in the winter its a big plus! I know several other dogs that do not have as much fur as me and they just cant have the fun outside in the winter like I can and I think thats a bit sad.

So I say let it snow! And lets get out side as much as we can! Just like DANO rides his bike on the beach in winter I too like to run on it!
